What personal data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• Service you are enquiring about
• Your message (optional)

We also temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting purposes. This is held in server memory only and is not stored persistently.

Why we collect your data and our legal basis

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest — you have contacted us requesting a response, and we need your details to do so.

Who we share your data with

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to us via Telegram, a third-party messaging service. Telegram processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

How long we keep your data

Your enquiry details are retained in our Telegram message history for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a separate database of enquiries.

Cookies

This website does not set any first-party cookies. However, we embed a Google Maps widget in our footer. Google may set third-party cookies through this embed. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
